Larry Bossidge - "Mr. Productivity"
Abstract
Larry Bossidge was Jack Welch's right-hand man for years, but he didn't stay in the shadow of his boss's fame for long. By the time he reached the rank of vice president, he had earned a reputation for being someone who knew how to streamline things using new technologies and ideas.
Larry Bossidge had worked at General Electric since 1957. He started as an intern, worked his way up through the ranks, and was promoted to vice president in 1984, a position he held until 1991.
