What does the draft law on the occupied territories of Georgia envisage

Abstract

The history of Georgia contains many tragic events. The August 2008 events are the greatest tragedy of Georgia in the 21st century. These events shook Georgia and the entire civilized world. We, Georgian lawyers, had to start working on a draft law on the occupied territories of Georgia. I could never have imagined that at some stage of my professional career I would have to write such a law.
