GRADE — Fair compensation for labor
Abstract
In practice, various systems of remuneration are used, among which one of them is grading, which is widely implemented in the West.
The term grade in English GRADE was first used in the 60s of the last century in America, when a universal model of the tariff scale of remuneration was developed. This model assessed the contribution of each employee to the common cause. Grade is a group of positions occupied by certain types of employees who have the same or almost the same salary.
