Leasing — a growing business worldwide
Abstract
Leasing (also known as financial leasing) is a means of acquiring about 1/3 of the world's production assets. It is in great demand in countries with young market economies.
For example, in Russia in 2002 the total value of leasing contracts increased 4 times compared to 2000, and the annual turnover exceeded 2 billion dollars.
