How to overcome mass unemployment

Abstract

The most valuable asset in this country is human capital. To a large extent, the efficiency of its use determines the economic strength of the country and the level of well-being of the population. What is the current situation in Georgia in this regard? - Obviously, it is completely unsatisfactory.
