Conceptual Implications of Breakthrough Strategy

Abstract

This interview paper presents the assessments of Mr. Nodar Chitanava, a renowned Georgian expert, public figure, and former Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Georgia, on the global challenges and crises posed by the corona virus.

The interview is led by Yuri Papaskua - a learned economist, professor at Sokhumi State University.

Scientists were the first to respond to this greatest devastating event, in terms of its scale, of the turn of the century, and are discussing preventive, anti-crisis, and post-pandemic measures to be taken.

The abridged versions of the interview were published periodically (in four parts) in the local newspaper “saertogazeti”, news analytical agency “Iverioni”, and the news agency “Economius”.  Their readers - specialists, scientists, a wide circle of society, actively responded.
