Experience in strategic health management in developed countries

The paper identifies the relationship between the stages of development of the health sector and management systems, justifies the need for a transition to strategic health management. The experience of transition to strategic management of foreign countries is analyzed. It has been proven that the UK experience is considered to be the most acceptable for most countries in the post-Soviet space, including Georgia in the process of transition to strategic healthcare management.
