ანოტაცია

The article consists of two main parts. The first part coversrevealing of challenge- sand improvement issues of regulatory prin- ciples in the sphere of professional certifica- tion of accountants in Georgia.The second part coversissues and conclusions relating to the programs of professional certification of accountants and academic education in Georgia, and also necessity of its further improvement.

At the end of the article is presented the conceptual action project of the legislation base of the certificationand improvement of educational programs.
